Old Fashioned Cocktail

OLD FASHIONED

• 2 oz. bourbon 
• 1 tsp. sugar (or 1 sugar cube)
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• Ice (2 or 3 large cubes)
• 1 cherry
• Orange peel for garnish
• Soda Water

Method; start with the sugar or sugar cube, wet sugar with 2 dashes of bitters and stir. Add ice and the bourbon and stir for 60 rotations. Garnish with cherry and orange peel (add soda - optional).

MAPLE OLD FASHIONED

For a maple old fashioned replace the sugar with maple syrup.
