Manhattan Cocktail

MANHATTAN

• 2 oz. bourbon or rye
• 1 oz. sweet vermouth
• 2 dashes of bitters
• Ice
• Cherry for garnish

Method; add all ingredients except the cherry to a mixing glass and stir. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the cherry.
