New Riff Balboa Rye is Bottled In Bond Without Chill Filtration. Featuring a mashbill of 95% balboa rye and 5% malted rye its aged for four years in full-size 53-gallon toasted and charred new oak barrels, and bottled at 100 Proof.

New Riff's corn farmer Charles Fogg has been growing heirloom rye on his family's farm for many years. His chosen variety was Balboa rye, an heirloom grain which dates back to the 1940s as a rye variety popular in Indiana. 

New Riff opened in 2014 and whilst building up a supply of their own distilled and aged whiskey, they sourced high-rye bourbon from MGP and released it as O.K.I. Bourbon.
